After 10-15 minutes I will have to wipe away the excess varnish with a cloth and leave the box for 24 hours to be cured by the varnish.
Sand the box: After24 hours I will have to sand the box by using 220-grit sandpaper. I will apply 2-3 coats of varnish and sand it after 24 hours of every coat to cure the box properly.
Fix plastic sheet: After sanding the box I will have to use a plastic sheet to line the interior of the box. I will use a precision knife to cut the plastic sheet after folding it to double the thickness of the wood of the box.
